We employ only skilled people, use high quality materials and work to the current standards and regulations. Our clients can be sure that our work will be right first time and completed to an excellent standard, even when budget is a priority.

Attention to Detail

We pay close attention to the small things on a build, to ensure our client gets exactly what they want and to the finish they desire. We will consult with our client if a requirement is not possible or practical to find an acceptable solution.

Polite and Punctual

We treat our clients with respect, ensuring we are onsite when we say we are and when onsite are courteous, approachable and communicative.

Safe, Clean & Tidy

We try to minimise disruption whilst we are onsite and always work with the health and safety of our clients and employees in mind. We always leave the site as clean and tidy as possible before we finish for the day and are contactable 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.

Fair & Fixed Pricing

We will whenever possible, provide competitive fixed-price quotations for the build. If the client wishes, or if the requirement is not sufficiently defined at the outset, we can contract on a time and materials basis, providing open and fair cost estimates at competitive rates.

Guaranteed Results

We ensure each stage of a build is approved by our client. Any final touches and snags will be dealt with before final sign-off. We will happily come back to site to fix any problems should they arise after the project is completed.
